“Cee’s Black & White Photo Challenge”

I drove north out of Eugene, Oregon to junction city to check on a renovated steam train of Finnish origin, walking around the engine I happened to glance down. this is the result of that moment.

drums in finnish blue and white
still in junction city walking the back alleys for photo moments my camera spotted these drums in the city’s Scandinavian park painted blue and white. using my pc’s onboard photo editor I desaturated color so that the drums are outstanding in their field.

lllllooonnnggggg building
on the same property that the old fort Vancouver was located the civil conservation corp constructed buildings in the 1930’s not as a camp but I am not really sure why. anyhow one sunny, late august evening I record this photograph and maybe someday I will be able to find out why this and other structures for the ccc were here.

I enjoy photography, writing, walking, nature, reading, and of course the coooolest game on earth HOCKEY! I took up photography in 9th grade and seeing the world in a different light wanting to, of course, photograph everything, unfortunately not everything comes out the way I'd like.
